We’re Zach and Melinda. Our story began as individual agents and evolved into a combined husband and wife Team, serving the Coachella Valley, and then expanding our services to all of Riverside County, including Temecula, Hemet, and surrounding Mountain Areas. With a shared passion for Real Estate and helping others, we set out to provide a value driven Real Estate business. Zach Kauffman

I am a dedicated and highly-motivated realtor. I am an expert at negotiating and creative problem-solving. I love getting to know my clients personally so I can serve them through the home buying and selling process. I am a hands-on realtor. Additionally, my local market knowledge and dedicated availability differentiates me from the typical realtor. My wife and I enjoy working together and staying true to our business plan: serving every client with our “Five Pillars of Success” (Loyalty, Initiative, Generosity, Honesty, and Timely Communication). I am a local boy, raised in Indio, California. I graduated from Cal State San Bernardino (BA, History). My passion for learning and education has prepared me for a successful career in real estate. I am a husband to my beautiful wife Melinda, and a father to my two adorable girls, Kaia and Elise. I am truly passionate about a few things...baseball, my family, my faith, and real estate. You can usually catch me doing one of two things; watching baseball or scouring the MLS for that perfect property. I am genuine and loyal, always giving 100 percent to both my family and my clients.

Melinda Wong

I am a driven and ambitious realtor. I am an expert at communication, problem-solving, and serving my clients through the home buying and selling process. I love working side-by-side with my husband every day to share our complementary skills. We have the technology, tools, and knowledge to respond to all of your needs. Our “Five Pillars of Success” (Loyalty, Initiative, Generosity, Honesty, and Timely Communication) truly set us apart.

I am a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa. I played Division-1 Tennis, followed by a Division-1 coaching position. My tennis career led me to the Coachella Valley, where I became the Head Tennis Professional at the prestigious Indian Wells Tennis Garden. My competitive sports background has prepared me for a successful career in real estate.

I am a wife to my wonderful husband Zach, and a mother of two lovely girls, Kaia and Elise. I am blessed to have a career where I get to work alongside my husband. I am absolutely passionate about my family, faith, and career. I am dedicated and loyal to serving others.
